Each April, Seed World Europe publishes its annual “20 Most” feature, spotlighting the people, ideas and organisations shaping the future of the European plant breeding and seed sector. For our April 2026 edition, we’re pleased to announce this year’s theme: 20 Most Promising Young Plant Breeders in Europe.
We’re looking to recognise early-career professionals who are already making a meaningful impact and helping shape the future of plant breeding in Europe. Universities, research institutes, seed companies and sector organisations are welcome to submit nominations.
